Join one, join all. Membership at all San Antonio YMCA facilities for One teen ages 13-19. Standard fee auto-renews bi-weekly on expiration date. The YMCA membership will help kick start your wellness journey in a friendly, welcoming environment through a wide variety of group exercise classes, state of the art fitness equipment, wellness consultations and fun activities for all.
