Description

Attend a FREE class with 8 weekly sessions designed for adults who have or want to assist people who have suffered unwelcome change, loss, or turmoil and are seeking to enhance their outlook on life. In a safe, casual, and non-judgmental environment, discussions and presentations will be offered on surviving life’s challenges and developing a positive and thriving outcome.
