Vendor ApplicationVendors interested in participating in Outdoor Fest must complete the Outdoor Fest Vendor Application by 5 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 14, 2026. Applicants will be contacted about approval to participate in the event. Outdoor Fest vendors should:

• offer engaging activities that inspire a love for outdoor adventure and promote experiential education
• understand that there is a $75 vendor fee for the Sales booth category
• be a non-food vendor

We are not currently recruiting food vendors for this event.
