From rich marinades and rubs to decadent desserts, you’ll learn how to use coffee as a secret ingredient. Work alongside classmates as we experiment with flavor layering and pairing techniques. Come hungry, stay caffeinated, and cook up something bold. Bring an apron and to-go containers. All must stay and clean up until the end of class.
