About this event
Description
Part strengthening, part movement, part restorative. All the things your body and mind needs. First, we prepare our bodies for practice and build strength that will not only improve our yoga postures but will help us to do every day physical tasks better. Then we flow through poses with the help of our breath. This helps us to get our blood moving and take us out of our heads. The class ends with postures that leave us feeling open and relaxed. Best suited for those with some yoga experience. Bring a yoga mat & water.
