Drawing on her professional experience in Human Resources and her experience of serving on community boards, Lynn will share practical strategies for building stronger, more effective boards. Explore how to run productive meetings, build consensus, navigate conflict, manage difficult situations and foster respectful relationships between board members, staff and volunteers. The session will also look at shared leadership, succession planning and finding the next generation of board members.
