Description

During this hands-on program, you will learn the basics of Using a compass and backpacking. We will discuss the proper clothing and equipment needed for a successful hike. We will also talk about how to use a compass to navigate and plan a backpacking trip. Then we will take a 2-mile hike down the Molly Mitchell trail at Northwest River Park.
