Wrestling Camp for grades 6–12 is designed to sharpen technique and elevate competitive performance through focused instruction on setups, top work—including legs and tilts—and creating effective motion from the bottom position. Athletes will drill, learn strategy, and build confidence in a positive, high-energy environment. Experienced 5th graders are welcome to join either session based on skill and comfort level.
