Zumba is an energizing dance fitness class where you'll burn calories and have a great time doing it! Drop-ins available for $12/class.
We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. You will get a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, and boosted energy.
