This energizing class helps loosen stiff muscles, boost flexibility, and improve posture and balance through safe, modified movements. Each session includes a gentle warm-up, core stretching inspired by chair yoga, T'ai Chi, and traditional techniques, followed by a calming cool down.

• Wear supportive, closed-toe athletic shoes
• Bring water to stay hydrated
