A low-impact class that blends traditional strength training with controlled, muscle-engaging holds to enhance stability and support confident everyday movement. This class will use exercises that mimic real-life movements such as lifting, squatting, and reaching.

• Wear supportive, closed-toe athletic shoes with non-marking soles
• Bring water to stay hydrated
• Arrive 5-10 minutes early
• Inform your instructor of any health concerns
• Ask for modifications as needed
