This intro session is for all ages. Athletes will be walked through the rules of water polo and dryland drills. Afterwards, athletes will take part in a 1 hour “Intro to water polo” session where they will be taught the basics of the sport. Athletes must be comfortable in the water. Coaches are free to attend to learn how to teach beginners water polo properly.
