The NeXT Leadership Intensive is an immersive, one-week experience designed to give students the tools to turn an internship opportunity into a career launchpad. Going far beyond the mechanics of a resume, this intensive course confers early leadership skills that extend well beyond a summer placement.  Participants will develop a tool box of skills beyond "workplace readiness", helping bridge toward professional fluency. Through real world simulations and group coaching, students will learn how to develop the skills and tools that will offer a significant leg up in searching for meaningful opportunities and building a confident and authentic work persona that can serve as a launchpad in internships and early career opportunities.  Completion of this intensive fulfills the requirement to be eligible for the NeXT Internship Program (PRS exclusive internship partners) and a reference of completion will be offered to partners as part of the application process for participation in NeXT.
