Description
Purchase a Carlisle Borough 35 Gallon Recycling Toter ONLINE and have it delivered right to your door! After your order is received, your delivery will take place within 2-4 business days.
IMPORTANT: If you live in a building with 4 or more units you may NOT qualify for a recycling container. By purchasing online you are verifying that you have appropriate storage space for your recycling container (Ref. Borough Ordinance #2219). If you are unsure if you qualify, please do NOT purchase online. Online convenience fee is non-refundable. Contact lhefflefinger@carlislepa.org or call 717-240-6930 for more information.
Borough Ordinance #2219, Storing of Solid Waste, Recyclables and Leaf Waste. “No person shall place or keep any Borough bag, biodegradable paper bag filled with leaves or recycling container on or within 10 feet of any street, alley, sidewalk or public place, except for placement for collection not more than 24 hours prior to the time of scheduled collection. Any persons violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a penalty and possible fines."
