Cape Youth Lacrosse is looking for girls of all experience levels. Teams of equally balanced skill levels offered. The season begins in early April and ends mid-June with two practices a week and weekend games/tournaments. Teams will be formed after the end of the indoor practice session.
Practice days and times are TBD and will be communicated ahead of the season once they've been finalized. The time listed on this registration page (Mondays, 5:30pm) is a placeholder and should not be used for planning purposes.
Equipment Needed:1. Eye wear protection marked with "ASTM Standard F3077"2. Lacrosse Stick (Women's)3. Mouth Guard4. Girls Lacrosse Cleats
At this level, young athletes begin developing their fundamental technical skills. The emphasis at this age group is on instilling a love and excitement of playing, while developing the fundamental skills and techniques that will be valuable for future lacrosse programs.
Fee: $200 (with complete uniform), $145 (if you own a current uniform and don't need a new one) If you need a new uniform, there will be a uniform fitting and ordering night in March.
Players must attend at least one practice in the week leading up to a game in order to be eligible to play in that week's games. Practice cancellations due to weather will not be counted against a player.
