Scientists have identified a body-wide network called the interstitium, calling it a “new” organ. But is it “new”, or just something long overlooked? We will explore this superhighway and its implications for health, movement, and exercise. You’ll learn how the interstitium works with the fascia and lymphatic system to form an interconnected network for communication and fluid transport. Understanding this can reshape how you approach your fitness goals, recovery, flexibility, and overall well-being. In the second workshop, we will gain a clearer view of the body as an integrated system rather than separate parts. This perspective supports smarter workouts, improved movement, fewer injuries, better recovery, and greater confidence in caring for your body. We will explore what tools/equipment are useful to improve fluid dynamics, breaking up adhesions and restoring tissue glide.
