MISSION STATEMENT

• To provide a safe environment within the guidelines of USA Swimming Safe Sport in which we can introduce the sport of swimming in a highly motivational way to provide our swimmers the opportunity to reach excellence in our sport.
• To maintain a safe environment that provides psychological and well as physical tools that will develop high motivation, self-esteem, honesty and discipline.
• To develop a unity of purpose which engages swimmers of all ages and abilities.
• To instill in every swimmer a devotion to the sport by recognizing the importance of valuing individual efforts which result in individual successes.
