You will get the most enjoyment out of this activity if you are looking to playing and moving in the gym with your community.
To ensure your best experience we recommend you attend this program with:

• Active clothing and footwear as outlined in our Access Guidelines.
• Balls and equipment can be rented out for free at the front desk.
