Improve your skills this off season! This program runs one day per week and will cover all of the softball fundamentals as well as movement training to aid in injury prevention and improve athleticism. All drills and progressions will be focused on players ages 9-12 and will be taught in an environment with a low player to coach ratio. At this age we are looking to build each player's confidence in their ability to hit, catch, throw, and field in order to support their development on the diamond.
