Ladies Squash Lessons are HERE for Winter 2026!
Come join our ever popular and social ladies squash lessons Sunday afternoons!

Session #1 Lessons are SUNDAYS weekly(no class Feb 15)
These lessons will be coached by our amazing female NCCP certified coaching team!
Participants must be 16years or older.
The focus of this INTRO & BEGINNER Squash Class will be to teach serve variation, footwork/court movement in rallies. As well as score keeping, and game drills with players.
Instructors: Tamara Burton (NCCP Certified), Odessa I (NCCP Certified), Sasha Thomson (NCCP Certified),

Non-marking indoor shoes are mandatory.
Racquets, goggles and balls will be supplied if needed.
