Combine Conditioning is a fitness class that blends endurance and strength training to push you to get stronger and faster over a period of eight weeks.Participants will move through a series of stations combining running, rowing, sled pushing, wall balls, weighted lunges, and more! Each session is designed to progressively build the power and stamina needed for competition-style fitness events like Hyrox or Crossfit.
Whether you're looking to push yourself or take your training to the next level, this class delivers measurable progress each week. You can expect to sweat, use teamwork, and gain functional skills. Prepare to train like an athlete!
PrerequisitesNone! We can modify to every ability and fitness level.
