Description
This program is designed for youth athletes looking to enhance their skills and overall fitness. This program focuses on developing core strength, agility, balance, and speed, tailored to this specific age group (ages 9-12).
Each session will start with a warmup and wrap up with a cool down as well as tips for what the kids can continue to work on to make the most of their training between the sessions.
This program will run for 7 weeks. Please bring indoor shoes and a water bottle.
