Active Arts is a fun and welcoming program that blends creativity with gentle movement to support overall wellness. Each week, participants explore a new art medium such as clay, card-making, painting, collages, and other creative projects that encourage self-expression and enjoyment. The second half of our program features music and movement activities focused on fun, functional and gentle fitness. Participants enjoy stretching, rhythm-based movement, coordination games, and accessible exercises designed for all abilities. Create, move and connect in a supportive environment where creativity and wellness come together.* Participants must come with a support person.
