Leadership Lab is Fig Tree’s new intensive leadership fellowship for high school students rooted in Jewish values including responsibility, justice, community, curiosity, and care for others. Designed for teens who want to better understand themselves, build confidence, and make meaningful change in the world around them, the program combines Jewish text, guest speakers, thoughtful conversation, and real-world leadership experiences. Students will deepen their self-awareness, sharpen their critical thinking, and discover how leadership can be a force for connection and positive change. Tuition for this program is offered on a sliding scale. Choose the option that works best for your family.
