About this event
2 day - Tue, July 21 + Thu, July 23 Level: All Levels Ever find something that you’d love to transform into jewelry, but you’re unsure of just how to set it? In this course we will work to set the peskiest of unusual shapes and found objects. We will discuss the best tools for these techniques, as well as useful methods for altering objects in order to be able to use them. Students are encouraged to bring their own found objects to class that they are interested in using and may have questions about the best techniques to do so, but various found objects and materials will also be provided. Brass and copper will be included in the class fee, but if students would prefer to work in sterling silver, they can purchase it directly from the instructor during class.
