This is a deep passive practice designed to relax your muscles and connective tissues in deep, long floor holds. Anticipate slow to static movements while using props to support your body. The sound bath is a variety of himalayan singing bowls and chimes to offer deep relaxation with vibrations and resonant sounds to induce an immediate relaxed state and support emotional well-being. Feel free to bring a bolster and eye covering and dress comfortably. This practice is suitable for all levels.
