About this event
Description
Boost your energy and fitness with this upbeat fusion of jazz dance AND full-body conditioning. Enjoy a great workout while learning fun choreography and building strength, flexibility, and endurance. Dance for fitness improves balance, coordination, and cognitive function while also reducing stress and boosting mood. This class combines full body conditioning focused on core stretching, flexibility AND achieving coordination through dance movement. Each class will work on body conditioning, stretching and learning upbeat choreography across the floor. All adult ages are welcome. Jazz shoes or Pilates socks recommended. No class on Friday July 10th & November 27th.
