Whether you're a beginner or an experienced runner, this program will help you reach your fitness & health goals in a fun, supportive environment. This 12-week training session will build your endurance, empower you to train safely, and push you to challenge yourself in new ways.
Choose from one of three different levels of training programs:
- Intro to 10K
- 10K Run
- 10K+ Run
The group will meet at BICS every Saturday morning, and splinter into training groups from there. Each level is led by experienced clinic leaders who will guide and instruct you on your run.
This program is designed to prepare participants to run a 10k. The end of the program times perfectly with the 2026 Vancouver Sun Run! (Sun Run registration not included).
