Description

An introduction to bachata, focusing on fundamental steps, rhythm, weight transfer, body movement, musicality, and the foundations of social partner dancing. Designed for complete beginners, these classes will help you build confidence, coordination, and a deeper connection to the music in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

While bachata is traditionally danced in pairs, you are welcome to join on your own or with a partner. Most of the course will focus on individual learning and skill development, with partner exercises to explore connection and social dancing.
Drop-ins (ages 15+) are welcomed!Drop-in fee: 20$ (Payment by cash or credit card on file.)
Please note that the activity fee displayed is the full cost of the program. If you register after the start of classes, the amount you pay will be prorated based on the number of remaining classes.
