Move with energy and rest with purpose. This guided Monthly Yoga Experience blends energizing movement with restorative rest—designed to help you reset, refocus, and restore balance in both body and mind.
We begin with gentle movement to build strength, mobility, and balance, then ease into restful floor poses that encourage deep relaxation. Throughout the practice, conscious breathing supports a calm, mindful state of being.
