Way of the Crane is a journey into the correction and direction of how and why a technique works or not. Sensei Murphy is a teacher, not an instructor. As a teacher, she illustrates the how, what, and why of each offensive and defensive action necessary in this physical art form. Way of the Crane has a standard for promotion that is challenging. This class is for children sincere in learning the true value of this art form. Sensei Murphy is interested in teaching cross-body coordination, awareness of place and movement through space, and body-mind integration. ****Please keep in mind this class runs every Friday. On short Fridays, it will run from 12:45-2:15pm.
