This October, join us for a culinary journey to Normandy, a region celebrated for its lush countryside, apple orchards, rich dairy traditions, and distinctive cuisine. In this hands-on workshop, Chef Cécile Penot Dietrich will guide you in preparing a traditional Norman-inspired menu featuring a salade normande with crisp apples and creamy Camembert, followed by an elegant apple rose tart for dessert. Learn classic French techniques while discovering the flavors and culinary traditions of Normandy. After the cooking session, we'll gather to enjoy our meal together over a glass of wine and lively conversation, in French. As we say in France: Santé! ***All workshops are conducted in French.
