About this event

Description

Join us in our elegant Gallery for the first Books and Bottles Wine Series with a dedicated exploration of Parisian Restaurants.

James Beard Award–winning wine expert Cat Silirie will guide you through the wines of Paris’ celebrated dining scene, drawing on My Life in France as a cultural touchstone - bringing to life the flavors, traditions, and personalities that shaped Julia Child’s culinary journey. Guests will taste a curated selection of French wines inspired by classic Parisian bistros and grand restaurants, exploring key varietals and regions through the lens of place, producer, and tradition.
Along the way, Cat will connect each wine to the spirit of Parisian dining—where food, wine, and culture are deeply intertwined.
All our wine seminars are presented in English. Seats are limited for an intimate experience. Reserving your spot early is strongly encouraged. Age limit: 21yrs Sorry no refunds or class substitutions.
