Painting: Watercolor Landscape - Intermediate/Advanced

Learn to paint dynamic landscapes that capture light, mood and space. This class will cover techniques for creating skies, trees, water and depth. Students will study composition, color mixing, and brush work to develop their own expressive landscape style. Students bring their own materials.

Bring the supplies you usually use to paint with watercolor.

General materials list:

• 12 or 24 professional grade Watercolor paints
• Pallet
• Hard board
• Watercolor paper (arches 300 gr, rough) should be purchased from michaels)
• Pencil
• Kneaded eraser
• Spray bottle (for water)
• Paper towels
• Tape
