Painting: Beginning Watercolor Landscape

Enjoy learning the fundamentals of watercolor landscape painting! Students will explore skies, trees, water, and perspective while practicing basic techniques, composition, and color mixing with guidance from the instructor. Students bring their own materials. (There is a suggested materials list.)

• 12 or 24 Watercolor paints

• Hard board
• Watercolor paper (arches 300 gr, rough) should be purchased from michaels )
• Pencil

• Spray bottle (for water )
