4th of July Craft VendorSaturday, July 4, 2026 - 12pm-10pm
All completed applications will be dated upon receipt, which will determine the order for approval and space assignments. All applicants will be notified of selection by Friday, June 26, 2026.
All selected applicants must:

• Submit a Certificate of Insurance prior to the event, with the minimum coverage of $1,000,000 liability insurance. The Insurance should name the City of Bettendorf and any sponsors, and any private property used by the festival as additional insured.

Vendor Locations

• The City of Bettendorf’s 4th of July Committee will determine all vendor locations based on:
• The date application and payment is received.
• The variety of product.
• The availability of space.
• Vendors are not allowed to move from their assigned location at any time.
• Vendors are not allowed to secure tents/equipment with stakes driven into the ground.
• All employees, equipment, and vending structures must remain a minimum of 10 feet away from overhead power lines at all times.
• The location of ALL craft vendors will be along either side of the Bettendorf Middle School field access road. You will be notified of your spot number no later than July 3rd.

Vendor Requirements

• Vendors must sell tangible goods.
• If needed, vendors shall provide their own quiet generator (48 decibels or less).

Set-Up and Clean-Up

• Vendors may begin setting up in their assigned 20' by 20' space on July 4 at 8am.
• Set-up must be completed by July 4 at 11:30am.
• Vendors are responsible for maintenance and clean-up around their assigned space. It is the responsibility of each vendor to clean up their space at the end of the festival.
• Clean-up must be completed by July 5 at 10am
