Zumba Gold is a modified Zumba class specifically designed for active older adults and those with limitations, offering a lower intensity. This low impact workout focuses on balance, coordination, and range of motion. It incorporates a fun and easy-to-follow Zumba choreography. It focuses on strength and stability as well as improved cognitive function.
