Gathering together at Woodstock Farm overlooking the Salish Sea and the San Juan Islands during the golden hour for deep relaxation and rejuvenation in sound meditation to center, connect and rejuvenate. Kristi offers guided gentle breath awareness to soothe & settle your nervous system with a soundscape created through gong play to nourish, balance and recalibrate your body, mind and spirit. This a grounding outdoor meditation as the sun slips into the bay.
We will gather outside on the lower lawn at Woodstock Farm. Bring a yoga mat or blanket for your comfort and dress prepared for varied weather. Suggested: a small cloth to cover your eyes. Parking is limited, we highly encourage sharing a ride.
