Enjoy Shakespeare like never before! Bard on the Beach features an amazing outdoor production nestled in beautiful Vanier Park. Today’s performance, "The Merry Wives of Windsor" is one of Shakespeare’s most beloved, laugh-out-loud comedies. The classic farce set instead in modern-day Vancouver includes lively musical numbers woven throughout guaranteeing an afternoon of laughter, mischief and merriment. Prior to the show we will visit Granville Island for a no-host lunch and exploration. Please note: a valid passport, WA state enhanced driver’s license or NEXUS is required to cross the border.
Valid identification required to cross the border: passport, WA state enhanced driver's license or NEXUS card. Pre-registration is required. Registration fees include transportation, admissions and guide. Transportation will be provided in a 12-passenger van. Bring money for food and purchases and wear comfortable, weather appropriate clothing and shoes. Depart/return Civic Stadium; park near the west ticket booth.
