More importantly, when was the last time you refreshed what you learned? Receiving your Texas License to Carry shouldn't mark the end of your firearms education. This FREE refresher course gives current and former CHL/LTC students an opportunity to revisit important concepts, discuss current information and identify areas where additional training may be appropriate. Topics may include: • Current Texas LTC-related updates • Responsible carry considerations • Restricted locations and signage • Safe handgun handling • Secure carry and equipment • Responsible firearm storage • Preventing unauthorized access by children • Common questions from LTC holders • Real-world scenarios • Continuing firearms training Because laws and regulations can change, legal portions of this class are reviewed and updated using current authoritative information before instruction. Students are encouraged to bring questions. Upon Completion Students should have refreshed their understanding of responsible handgun carry and safety, identified significant areas requiring updated knowledge, and recognized any skills they should revisit through additional training. This class is an educational refresher and is not represented as a state-required LTC renewal or continuing-education course. 3rd Tuesday of Every Month • 6 PM–8 PM Crosshairs Texas • Downtown Bastrop Registration Required • $10 Deposit to Reserve Your Seat
