This women-only class is open to participants ages 15 and up and welcomes all abilities—especially those who have always wanted to try karate but never felt the courage to begin. In a supportive and encouraging environment, students will be introduced to martial arts in a fun, active, and empowering way. Participants will start by learning basic karate techniques and gradually progress to partner training. Each class concludes with practical self-defense skills focused on real-life situations and appropriate responses. This class offers women the opportunity to try something new, build strength and coordination, and gain a deeper understanding of their own capabilities—helping to develop greater self-assurance and confidence in an engaging and enjoyable setting.
