Come join us for Find your Flow: Beginner Yoga at Pittman Park!

This yoga class is beginner friendly floor yoga, the class was designed to help you find your flow through stretch, breathwork and begins with calming breathwork. We will start with gentle mobility before moving into a variety of beginner friendly poses. In class we will focused on areas such as the legs , hip, core, balance, warriors and full body flexibility.
