Ever been curious about how to use those underglazes in your clay projects? In this workshop, students take an in-depth look at the variety of uses for underglazes, slips, and engobes. The similarities and differences will be discussed to find the perfect fit for your projects. We will also be doing some hands-on practicing a variety of techniques and samples will be shown to give students an overview of how your projects will be finished with clear and translucent glazes, stains, and other ways to finish our surfaces.
