This workshop covers repairing broken ceramics and surfaces that can be achieved without a kiln. We'll discuss strategies for reinforcing ceramic pieces before the bisque firing, along with various adhesives suitable for mending and sculpting broken bisqueware and glazeware. We'll also explore a range of cold surface treatments (finishes that require no firing at all) that can be used after (or instead of) glaze. Expect demonstration and time for hands-on repair work. Feel free to bring in a piece of your own that needs mending. All levels. The supply fee includes Epoxy Supplies. This class does not include clay, glaze material, or firing with class tuition.
