Come Join Us for Fitness Fanatic at C.T. Martin!!!

The Fitness Fanatic program will help young adults stay in shape and keep their bodies fit. We will focus on cardio, weights, and core strength. Some exercises will include running, squatting, lunges, planks, and much more. So come ready to sweat and have fun!
