If you want to play up front, this is where the work gets done. Trenches Camp is built for middle school players who want to get better at the most physical, technical position group on the field. Led by longtime Athens Academy OL coach Brian Lane, who has spent decades coaching linemen, this camp focuses on the details that win at the line of scrimmage. Players will train stance, first step, pad level, leverage, hand placement, and block destruction while learning how these skills apply across multiple offensive and defensive schemes. Expect fast-paced drills, competitive reps, and constant coaching. This is a fundamentals-first camp designed to build tougher, more confident linemen who understand how to control the line and play with physicality. Open to all middle school players from across the area who are ready to work, compete, and improve in the trenches.
