Advanced Spartan Sprinkles is designed for young pastry chefs ready to take their baking skills to the next level. Each day, chefs will create both a sweet confection and a savory pastry, drawing inspiration from classic Italian and French baking traditions. From laminated doughs to refined flavor pairings, students will learn professional techniques while adding their own creative twist to every recipe. Throughout the week, chefs will dive into the science and chemistry of baking, exploring how ingredients interact and why techniques matter. Campers will put their knowledge to the test by experimenting with flavors, textures, and methods—culminating in the ultimate challenge: designing and baking their own original cookie recipe. This hands-on, creativity-driven camp is perfect for experienced bakers who are ready to think like true pastry chefs. Please note that this is a 3 day camp!
