Join us for Safety Savvy: Senior Self-Defense, a collaborative program with the Protectors of the Peak! Designed to empower seniors with essential self-defense skills and safety awareness. This engaging workshop focuses on practical techniques, situational awareness, and personal safety strategies tailored specifically for older adults. This class is both classroom instruction and hands-on self defense. You will sign an additional waiver at the beginning of the class. A light lunch will be provided by Griswold Home Care for Apex.
