A wide range of agencies and companies will be on-site to share information on topics such as nutrition, staying active, medical services, home health care, and more. Caregivers and families are encouraged to attend and take advantage of the resources provided. Enjoy giveaways and access to select health screenings and immunizations (details to be announced).
