The winner will receive half of the total donations collected via check by 7/19/26. Details of the game play will be sent out to each donor after the deadline of June 12th. REFUNDS/TRANSFERSThe Antioch Recreation Department is happy to review activitytransfer or refund requests. Customers may request a transfer orrefund IN WRITING NO LATER THAN 5 business days prior to thefirst day of class. Refund/Transfer Forms are available at the frontdesk or emails may be sent to recreation@antiochca.gov with theparticipant name(s), class information, and reason. All refunds aresubject to a $10.00 service charge per activity/class, unless theRecreation Department cancels the class. You will receive emailconfirmation of your transfer/refund request.CANCELLATIONSThe City has the right to cancel classes when enrollmentshave not reached their minimum. Please register early andhelp us to prevent class cancellations.We don’t like to cancel classes, but sometimes it is necessarybefore the first meeting when enrollments are low. Yourregistration might be the one that enables the class to be held.FEE FOR LATE PICK-UPParents agree to pick up their children by or before the scheduledrelease time. A late fee of $10 per 5-minute interval PER CHILDwill be charged. Late fees are payable to the City of Antioch.RETURNED CHECKS/DISPUTEDCHARGE FEEThe City of Antioch charges $51.00 for any returned or rejectedpayments. If the Recreation Department is notified that paymentshave not cleared, a returned item fee will be added to youraccount
